My name is Erik Hallin and I wish for more people to experience the positive effects of breathing and cold plunge such as, reduced stress levels, increased energy, happiness, improved sleep, focus and strengthened immune system. Welcome to try it out at my cozy place at Ormbergsvägen 6 in Gröndal, right by Lake Mälaren. Remember, you'll never regret a cold plunge. Keep it cool!

Welcome to my cozy premises with spacious ceiling height, just 50 meters from Lake Mälaren. Public Transport: Tram from Sickla or Solna or bus 161/133 from Liljeholmen. Feel free to take the nice but slightly longer walk along the water from Gröndal if you have time.
