You may not attend this training if you have any of the following: - Those who have health restrictions with breathing exercises - heart problems - pregnant - psychological diagnoses such as bipolarity, PTSD - Those who are not a coach/therapist or wellness instructor and are only looking for their own healing, then I recommend one of my breathing classes or coaching instead. - You who are not in the habit of working with people - You who are looking for a simple Breathwork training without the intention of working with it. - You who put your own prejudices before the client's potential development

I am Linda Maasara, working as an Embodiment Coach specializing in emotional and nervous system regulation. I am your teacher in NTB. My passion in life is to overturn the tables in psychology and pave the way for mental health, for real. I have a background in Quality Development, am a psychological and cultural anthropologist, Cert. ICF Coach, dearmouring practitioner, yoga teacher and entrepreneur. Through my own experiences with trauma, as a recovering high achiever and workaholic, I have woven together my experience of healing and the methods that have helped me, combined with the latest research in stress and trauma treatments. I have written a book on the subject which will be published 2025. Together with my colleagues who are at the forefront of stress and trauma treatment in Sweden and spiritual teachers, I have gathered the knowledge to create the best education possible. It is with great pleasure that I can now teach you the most powerful method I have come across, NTB.
